Looks like you're ready to operate a vacuum packaging machine! This guide will help you quickly master the correct methods, handling everything from start-up to shutdown in one go!

Pre-Start Preparation

Equipment Check: Ensure the machine is placed on a stable, dry surface. Check that the power supply voltage matches (commonly 220V) and confirm the vacuum pump oil level is between 1/2 and 3/4 of the oil gauge.

Material Preparation: Keep the items to be packaged dry, clean, and free of impurities. Select a suitable vacuum bag based on the size and shape of the items, ensuring the material can withstand vacuum pressure.

Parameter Settings:

Vacuum Time: Adjust according to the size of the items and the packaging bag, usually between 5-20 seconds. Smaller machines can be adjusted via a knob (e.g., 0-30 seconds).

Sealing Time and Temperature: Adjust according to the packaging bag material. For example, for double-layer composite film, the sealing time is approximately 3-4 seconds, and the temperature should be set to level 2-3. It is recommended to conduct a small-scale experiment first to determine the optimal parameters.

Operating Procedures

Starting the Equipment: Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch. The equipment will enter standby mode.

Placing Materials: Place the packaging bag containing the items into the vacuum chamber. Position the bag opening flat on the heat-sealing strip, ensuring there are no wrinkles and leaving a 5-8 cm margin for sealing.

Starting Vacuuming: Press down the machine cover (or step on the foot switch). The equipment will automatically begin vacuuming. Observe the vacuum gauge. When the pointer reaches the set vacuum level (e.g., the green area), vacuuming is complete.

Heat Sealing: After vacuuming, the equipment automatically enters the heat-sealing stage. The heating element instantly heats and seals the bag opening. The sealing time is typically controlled to be around 1.5-2 seconds.

Removing the Finished Product: After sealing, wait 3-5 seconds before opening the machine cover and removing the packaged items.
