The maintenance cycle of a vacuum packaging machine mainly depends on the frequency of use and operating conditions. Here's a summary of the key points:
Core Maintenance Cycle
Daily Maintenance: Clean the chamber and sealing strips after each use. Before starting the machine, check the power supply, air supply, and vacuum system.
Weekly Maintenance: Check the vacuum pump oil level and color. Clean the inlet filter.
Monthly Maintenance: Clean the exhaust filter. Check transmission components (such as the lid hinge and pressure bar guide rail).
Semi-annual Maintenance: Clean the solenoid valve (for dual-chamber models). Check or replace the heating strip and silicone strip. Clean the pump chamber and heat dissipation components.
Annual/Hourly Maintenance: Change the vacuum pump oil (first 500 hours, then 1000-2000 hours). Change the exhaust filter. Check or replace the seals.
Key Maintenance Items:
Vacuum Pump Maintenance: Maintain the oil level at 1/2 to 3/4 of the oil window. Replace the oil immediately when it turns black or milky white. For dual-chamber models, clean the solenoid valves every 6 months.
Transmission component lubrication: After 2-3 months of continuous operation, apply food-grade grease to the cover hinge, pressure bar guide rails, etc.
Replacement of wear parts: Regularly inspect the sealing strips, heating strips, and silicone strips; replace them promptly if aging, cracking, or foreign matter adhesion is found.
