How to Operate a Fully Automatic Vacuum Packaging Machine?

Operating a fully automatic vacuum packaging machine is actually quite intuitive, involving only three core steps: preparation before powering on, placing the items, and one-button start. Below, I'll break down the specific process and precautions to make it easier for you to use.

Preparation Before Operation

Equipment Check: Ensure the machine is placed stably and the power supply voltage is compatible. Check the vacuum pump oil level (if applicable) and whether the sealing strip is intact.

Material Preparation: Place the items into a dedicated vacuum bag, leaving a flat portion at the bag opening (usually 2-3cm beyond the sealing strip). The bag should not be overfilled (ideally no more than 3/4 full). Sharp items should be packaged separately to prevent puncturing the bag.

Parameter Settings: Adjust the parameters according to the characteristics of the items:

Vacuum Time: Foods with high moisture content (such as meat) require a longer time (usually 10-30 seconds).

Sealing Time: The thicker the packaging bag, the longer the sealing time needs to be (usually 2-5 seconds). Sealing Temperature: Adjust according to the packaging material (e.g., double-layer composite film), generally at level 2-3, time 3-4 seconds.

Operating Steps

Power-on Preheating: Connect the power supply; the machine enters standby mode. Preheating for 5-10 minutes is recommended to stabilize the internal temperature, facilitating sealing.

Placing the Packaging Bag: Neatly place the open end of the vacuum bag containing the items into the machine's sealing slot, ensuring the bag opening edges fit snugly without wrinkles or misalignment. Some machines have an automatic sensing function.

Starting Vacuuming and Sealing:

Internal Vacuuming: Close the vacuum chamber lid and fasten the buckle. The equipment automatically starts the vacuuming program. When the vacuum level reaches the preset value (e.g., -0.08~-0.1MPa), it automatically enters the heating and sealing stage.

External Vacuuming: Place the bag opening over the vacuum nozzle and tighten it with the pressure strip. Press the start button. The equipment first evacuates the air from the bag. Once the preset vacuum level is reached, the heating strip automatically heats up and seals the bag.

Removing the finished product: After sealing, the equipment automatically stops working. Open the vacuum chamber door (or loosen the pressure strip) and remove the packaged finished product.
